Holiday Cranberry Bread

1 1/8 cups of water, lukewarm
3 cups of white bread flour
1 1/2 tablespoons of dry milk
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons of butter
1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon of allspice
3/4 teaspoon of orange extract
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
1 cup of cranberries, dried
2 1/4 teaspoons of active dry yeast



Add ingredients according to bread machine manufacturers instructions. Makes a 1.5 pound loaf.
