Categories: Orange, Cream, Liqueurs, Holidays, Chocolate, Beverages

2 cups of water
4 ounces of Bittersweet chocolate
3 tablespoons of Grand Marnier
1/4 cup of whipping cream
Orange peel; finely grated

Combine water and chocolate in a small saucepan; cook and stir just till boiling. Remove from heat; stir in liqueur or vanilla. Beat cream in a small chilled mixing bowl with an electric mixer on low to medium speed till soft peaks form. Top each serving with whipped cream; sprinkle with orange peel, if desired.

The orange peel is optional. You can use Amaretto or vanilla extract in place of the Grand Marnier if desired NOTES : Bittersweet chocolate usually has a more pronounced chocolate flavor than semi-sweet. Serving Size: 4
