1/2 pound of pork sausage 1 cup of sliced celery 1/2 cup of finely chopped onion 1 1/2 cups of cooked rice 1/4 cup of raisins or currants 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of thyme leaves 1/8 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
In a large skillet, combine the sausage, celery and onion. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes or until sausage is cooked. Stir in rice, raisins, salt, thyme and pepper, mix well. Makes 4 cups
