Lima Beans in Cream
2 cups of shelled fresh lima beans 3/4 cup of half and half 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper |

Place lima beans in a steaming rack; place over boiling water and steam 20 minutes or until tender.
Combine beans, half and half, butter, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings
