 
| Lima Bean & Bleu Cheese Bake
1 box of frozen lima beans, cooked
1 cup of crumbled bleu cheese
1/4 cup of consommé or bean liquid
2 tablespoons of fine dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons of melted butter
1/8 teaspoon of paprika
Mix all together, reserving bread crumbs for topping. Bake in moderate oven until bubbly. |
