Linguine & Broccoli

8 ounces of linguine
two 8 ounce packages of frozen broccoli in cheese sauce
1/4 cup of butter
3/4 cup of diced cooked ham
1 cup of heavy whipping cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the linguine in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain. Cook broccoli following package directions, drain. Melt the butter in saucepan. Add diced ham and drained linguine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until well heated. Remove from heat. Add broccoli to saucepan, mixing well. Mix cream, eggs and oregano together, the stir into saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens. Transfer linguine mixture to heated serving bowl. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and serve. Serves 4
