1/2 pound of linguine 2 tablespoons of butter 1 pound of ripe tomatoes, skinned and cut into 1/2 inch cubes salt and pepper to taste
Cook the linguine in boiling, salted water following package directions, drain. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in saucepan, add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place pasta in heated serving dish. Spoon tomatoes on top and serve. Serves 4
