Linguine with Walnut Cheese Sauce

2 Egg yolks
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons of pine nuts
7 ounces of Mascarpone cheese, or ricotta or cream cheese
Salt to taste
Dash of nutmeg
3/4 pound of  Linguine or tagliatelle

Combine first six ingredients until well mixed and set aside. Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain pasta and add sauce. Serve immediately. Serves 4
