
| Linguine in Clam Sauce
3 Garlic cloves, minced 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of butter, melted 1 teaspoon of pepper 16 ounces of sliced mushrooms, drained 8 ounces of Linguine, cooked, drained 13 ounces of clams, minced, drained Parmesan cheese, grated 1/2 cup of parsley, fresh chopped |

Sauté garlic in butter in large skillet over low heat for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes. Stir in clams, parsley, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly. Pour over linguine and toss well.
