1 pound of beef liver 1 large onion, sliced 4 tablespoons of butter 2 tablespoons of vinegar 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons of sugar 2 teaspoons of prepared mustard 2 tablespoons of water 3/4 cup of ketchup |

Put all ingredients in a tightly covered baking dish and bake at 375ºF. for 1 hour. Stir halfway through baking. |
