Liver and Beans

4 slices of bacon
1 1/2 pounds of liver, cut in thin bite size pieces
2 tablespoons of flour
1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt
1 can of condensed tomato soup
3/4 cup of water
One 10 ounce package of frozen French cut green beans

In skillet cook bacon. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons grease. Dust liver with flour. Brown in bacon grease drippings. Add soup, water, beans and garlic salt. Cover. Cook over low heat 20 minutes or until tender. Garnish with bacon. Serves 6.
