Liver Casserole
1 pound of calf liver 3/4 cup of tomato sauce Dash salt and pepper 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Wash liver; cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes and place in casserole. Add sauce and seasoning, cover; bake at 350ºF. for 1/2 hour. Just before serving add Worcestershire sauce. Serves 4. |
