Liver Casserole 2
1 cup of rice 2 cups of water 1 teaspoon of salt 2 cups of milk 1 egg 2 tablespoons of butter 1-2 onions, chopped 3 tablespoons of corn syrup 2 teaspoons of salt 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper 1/2 teaspoon of ground marjoram 1/2 to 3/4 cup of raisins 3/4 pound of liver, ground |

Boil rice in salted water about 20-30 minutes until tender. Sauté onions in butter. Add all ingredients to rice. Stir. Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake in 350ºF. oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with melted butter. |
