| Chopped Liver 2
1 pound calves of chicken livers chicken fat or margarine salt and pepper to taste 4 medium onions, chopped 6 eggs, hard boiled |

Sauté onions and livers in chicken fat. Grind livers, onions and eggs. Spoon melted fat from fryer into grinder while grinding. Mix well, adding more if needed to moisten. Season to taste. |
