Italian Styled Liver

1 1/2 to 2 pounds of liver
3 eggs
1/4 cup of milk
1 1/2 to 2 cups of flour
1 large package of  Lowry's spaghetti mix
1 can of stewed tomatoes
1 small can of tomato paste
1 small can of tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped
1/2 cup of mushrooms, chopped

Rinse liver and cut into pieces. In shallow dish, mix together eggs and milk and season to taste. I like garlic salt and pepper. In another shallow dish, place your flour. I like to add a little oregano, salt and pepper. Mix that up next. Preheat electric frying pan to about 350ºF. with enough oil to cover bottom. Dip the liver in the eggs, then dip in flour. Cook in frying pan until brown. Remove from pan and place on paper towel. In the same pan, place your chopped vegetables, stewed tomatoes, and Lowry's spaghetti mix package. Add small cans tomato sauce and paste. Add about 2 cups water and bring to a boil stirring occasionally. Turn down heat to simmer 15 to 20 minutes, covered. After sauce starts to thicken, add your liver. Keep simmering about 10 to 15 minutes more, stirring now and then. Serve with rice and vegetables.
