| Liver & Onions with Bean Sprouts
1/2 pound of liver 1 small onion, cut into rings One 14 ounce can of can bean sprouts 1 cup of prepared coffee Olive oil |

Sprinkle or dip the liver in flour. Brown liver and onion in skillet. Turn liver over. Add bean sprouts and coffee. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 2 servings. |
