Liver & Onions with Bean Sprouts
1/2 pound of liver 1 small onion, cut into rings One 14 ounce can of can bean sprouts 1 cup of prepared coffee Olive oil
Sprinkle or dip the liver in flour. Brown liver and onion in skillet. Turn liver over. Add bean sprouts and coffee. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Makes 2 servings. |
