 
| Seasoned Liver and Onions
1 pound of sliced beef or calf liver 1 tablespoon of brown sugar 2 tablespoons of oil 12 green onions (leave 4 inch stems) 2 tablespoons of flour 1 tablespoon of dry mustard Salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup of water |

Combine flour, sugar and mustard. Dredge liver in mixture. Brown in hot oil. Season. Add green onions and water. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, 4 servings. |
