| Sweet and Sour Liver
6 slices liver 2 cups of gravy (any leftover gravy) 4 ginger snaps (crushed in a little water, like a paste) 2 tablespoons of sugar 4 tablespoons of vinegar (adjust to taste) 1 small chopped onion (optional) |

Coat liver in flour, salt and pepper. Fry just to brown (about 1 minute each side). Put liver in a casserole. Cover with gravy (add fried onion if used). Add ginger snaps. Bake about 25 minutes in a 375ºF. oven. |
