| Macaroni & Cheese Pizza 2
One 7 1/4 ounce package of macaroni and cheese dinner
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce
Assorted pizza toppings of your choice
One cup (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Prepare dinner as directed on package. Add eggs and mix well. Spread into a well greased 12 inch pizza pan or 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 375ºF. remove from oven. Spread sauce over dinner. Top with your choice of toppings and cheese. Continue baking for 10 minutes at 375ºF.

Macaroni Pizza
7 ounces of macaroni, uncooked
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg, beaten
One 14 ounce jar of pasta sauce
2 cups of Mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Blend milk, egg and salt. Add macaroni, mix well. Spread onto greased 14 inch pizza pan. Spoon sauce evenly over macaroni. Add your favorite toppings: beef, pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, onions, etc. Top with Mozzarella cheese and bake at 350ºF. about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. 8 to 10 servings. |
