Macaroni Pizza Casserole

2 pounds of hamburger
1 package of pepperoni
1 can of  mushrooms
1 large  onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can of tomato sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
1 box of macaroni
1 jar of Ragu Quick pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Fry hamburger, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, salt and pepper together. Cook macaroni and drain. Mix meat mixture and mushrooms with macaroni. Add Ragu pizza sauce and tomato sauce. Pour into casserole dish; top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400ºF. until cheese melts. 




Macaroni Pizza Casserole

1 pound of ground chuck
1 box macaroni & cheese
2 raw eggs
15 ounces of Italian pizza sauce
2 small cans of mushroom pieces
2 medium size onions
1 or 2 (8 oz.) pkg. mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Cook and drain well the ground chuck, set aside and cool. Cook macaroni and cheese per box instructions. Remove from heat, add 2 eggs and mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350ºF.   for 15 minutes. Spread evenly on top of the macaroni in the following order: pizza sauce, chopped onions, mushroom pieces. Crumble on the ground chuck. Add a layer of 1 or 2 packages of mozzarella, according to taste. Bake at 350ºF.  for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, slice into sections and serve.
