| Macaroni Monterey
8 ounces of macaroni, cooked
1/2 pound of grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of margarine (or just 2-3 tbsp.)
3/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Grease casserole. Cook macaroni. Combine everything. Cover and bake at 350 ºF. for 20-30 minutes. |
