Skinny Macaroni Salad

1 cup of peeled & chopped tomatoes
2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup of minced red onions
2 teaspoons of Olive oil
2 tablespoons of minced fresh basil
1/8 teaspoon of ground black pepper
2 Cloves garlic minced
2 cups of cooked penne, elbows or etc.



Combine all ingredients except pasta in glass bowl. Cover & let stand at room temp. for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta. Yields: 4 Servings
