| Summer Macaroni Salad
One 7 ounce package of small macaroni, cooked and drained and chilled 2 cups of thin sliced cucumbers 1 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes Two (4.25 oz.) cans of shrimp or, One (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, optional 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1/4 cup of chopped green onions 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of bottled Italian dressing 1 teaspoon of dill weed 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of salt 1 hard cooked egg, sliced |

Combine macaroni, cucumbers, tomatoes, shrimp, celery, green pepper and green onions in bowl. Stir together mayonnaise, Italian dressing, dill weed, salt and pepper. Add to macaroni mixture, tossing gently. Chill covered until ready to serve. Garnish top with sliced egg. Makes about 6 servings. |
