4 packages of Jiffy corn muffin mix 10 Eggs - beaten 4 cups of Cottage cheese 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese, 3 Sticks of melted oleo two 10 ounce boxes of chopped broccoli 2 Small onions, chopped |

Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix all ingredients together until just mixed and lumpy. Pour into 9 x 13 greased pan Bake for about 40 minutes.
