Oven Pancakes

3 Eggs, cracked
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 tablespoons of butter





In a bowl beat eggs until thick and lemon colored. Add milk , flour, and salt into the eggs. mix well. Melt butter in 10-inch oven pan. Pour in batter on top of melted butter. bake at 450ºF. for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown. Let cool in pan; serve warm. Cut in to quarters. Toppings (optional) Pineapple apple butter honey yogurt Serving Size: 4
