| | Old Fashioned Cherry Pineapple Cobbler
one 21 ounce can of cherry pie filling one 13 1/4 ounce can of pineapple tidbits, drained 1/4 teaspoon of allspice 3 tablespoons of honey 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 1/2 cups of unflavored croutons
Combine the cherry pie filling, pineapple tidbits, allspice an 1 tablespoon of honey. Put into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Blend eggs, sour cream, and remaining 2 tablespoons of honey. Stir in croutons. Spoon over cherry pineapple mixture. Bake uncovered 375ºF. 30 minutes, or until heated through. If desired, top with ice cream. 8 servings |
