Old Fashion German Cheesecake

16 ounces of Cream cheese
1 package of Cottage cheese, small curd,
1 1/2 cup of sugar
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of Margarine, melted
1 pint of Sour cream
3/4 cup of Graham cracker crumbs
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 tablespoons of butter, melted




Mix ingredients for crust and spread on bottom of a spring form cake pan. Beat cottage cheese and cream cheese until creamy. Blend in sugar and eggs. Add flour and vanilla. Add melted margarine and sour cream. Pour mixture over crust and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes. Bake at 325ºF.  turn off oven and let stand in oven for 2 hours. Remove; chill and add topping before serving. Serves 8
