Rub sugar shortening, and flour together into crumbs. Remove 1 cup crumbs. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into greased pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and bake at 375ºF. for 45 minutes. This can be made as 2 cakes or 1 very large one. Recipe provided by BIGG Superstore Recipez 101
