| Bleu Cheese Pate
1 pound of crumbled bleu cheese 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham Two 8 ounce packages of cream cheese 1 cup of softened butter 2 finely chopped dill pickles 2 tablespoons of chopped drained capers 1/2 cup of chopped chives |

Mix blue cheese, ham, cream cheese and butter until smooth. Fold in pickles and capers. Chill for 2 hours. Using wet hands, shape into a ball, then roll in chopped chives. Chill until serving. Serve with crackers and/or assorted veggies, such as cucumbers, zucchini, mushrooms, etc. |
