| Corned Beef Pate
2 teaspoon of instant minced onion
2/3 cup of water
1 can of corned beef
One 8 ounce braunschweiger
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
1/2 cup of mayonnaise |

Soak onion flakes in water for 5 minutes. Flake corned beef with a fork; add other ingredients. Pour part of the mixture into a blender. Beat until smooth. Remove from blender and blend more of the mixture until all is smooth. Turn into a 3 1/2 cup mold or bowl and chill. Star mold is nice for Christmas. Serve with mustard, crackers, rye bread, toast rounds, etc. |
