| Quick Liver Pate
1/2 pound of liver sausage One 8 ounce cream cheese, softened 2 teaspoons of lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon of salt Dash of pepper 1 medium onion, grated fine 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Mix with a mixer until smooth, form into ball and refrigerate. Roll in parsley or fine nuts and serve with crackers or rye bread. Makes 2 1/2 cups. |
