Pate 2

1/2 pound of chicken livers, trimmed
1/2 cup of peeled apple, chopped
1/2 cup of onion, chopped
1 stick of butter
3/4 teaspoon of curry powder
1 egg

Sauté livers, apple and onion in 1/2 stick of butter about 10 minutes. Add egg and let cook until hard. Remove from heat and let cool. Add 1/2 stick of butter and blend until smooth. Chill.
