Shrimp Pate

1 1/2 pounds of fresh or frozen shrimp, shelled and deveined
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/4 cup of bottled chile sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of white horseradish
one 6 ounce jar of tarter sauce
crackers
one 4 ounce jar of red caviar

 

Place the shrimp, juice, horseradish, chile sauce and tarter sauce in a blender and mix well. Chill until ready to use. Spread on crackers. Top each with a dot of red caviar if you wish.
