| Tuna Pate
3 ounces of cream cheese 1 teaspoon of chili sauce 1/2 teaspoon of parsley 1 teaspoon of grated onion 1/4 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce (optional) 6 1/2 ounces of canned tuna
Cream cream cheese well. Add remaining ingredients except tuna and mix well. Add tuna and beat until smooth. Pack in 2 cup bowl or mold. Chill several hours. Unmold onto plate. Surround with crackers. |

Tuna Pate
One 8 ounce package of cream cheese 2 tablespoons of chili sauce 2 tablespoons of snipped parsley 1 teaspoon of instant minced onion 1/2 teaspoon of hot sauce Two 6 1/2 ounce cans of tuna, drained
Blend cream cheese, chili sauce, parsley, onion, and hot sauce. Gradually stir in tuna. Beat until thoroughly blended. Pack in 4 cups mold. Chill. Garnish with sliced green olives. Tuna Pate
8 ounces of Philadelphia cream cheese, softened 1/4 teaspoon of seasoned salt 6 1/2 ounces of chunk light tuna, drained 4 ounces of chopped green chilies, not drained (Mexican) 2 ounces of shredded Cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons of chopped pimento (in jar) 1 tablespoon of green onion with top, chopped
Mix cream cheese and seasoned salt until fluffy. Add rest. Makes 2-3 cups. Serve with crackers. |
