Vegetable Walnut Pate

1 1/2 cup of cooked green beans, pulverized
2 hard-boiled eggs, grated
1/4 cup of toasted walnuts, pulverized
1/2 cup of finely minced onions
1 to 2 tablespoons of dry white wine
1 to 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
Salt
Black pepper
Pinch of nutmeg

Sauté onions in a little oil until soft. Combine everything and chill. Use as dip for raw vegetables or crackers.
