Cannoli 1

2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of melted butter or margarine
1/4 cup of vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
3 tablespoons of cold water
1 1/2 cup of flour

Blend ingredients together, adding one at a time. Bake as for pizzelles. Roll hot cookie into a cylinder and allow to cool. (You will need your mom's help.) Fill with special filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
