| Norwegian Pastry
1/2 cup of margarine 1 cup of water 1 cup of flour 4 eggs
Boil water with margarine. When margarine has melted and water has come to a boil, add flour and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix together and spread onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 400ºF. for 20-30 minutes. Frost with 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 tablespoon margarine mixed together with drop of milk to moisten and a capful of almond extract, or to taste. |
