 Puff Pastry & Prosciutto Pinwheels

1 sheet frozen puff pastry, semi-thawed
8 ounces of (approx.) prosciutto
1/2 cup of honey mustard
1/2 cup of  parmesan cheese
1 egg, beat with 1 tablespoon of water




Roll puff pastry on floured board to 9 x 11 inches. Spread mustard over puff pastry. Layer with prosciutto and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Roll cheese to set. Roll pastry in jelly roll fashion from each side and meet in the middle. Brush with egg mixture. Slice by the 1/2 inch and bake for 20 minutes or until brown at 400ºF.
