Cilantro Pesto 1

1 1/2 cups of fresh cilantro, firmly packed
1/2 cup of parsley, firmly packed
1/2 cup of parmesan Cheese
1/2 cup of vegetable Oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cloves Garlic
1/4 cup Pine Nuts, 1 oz

Place all ingredients in food processor work-bowl fitted with steel blade or in a blender container; cover and process until well blended. Makes about 1 1/4 cups Pesto. Servings: 4
