| Parmesan Pesto Dip
1 1/2 cup of sour cream 3/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon of olive oil sauce 1/2 cup of mayonnaise sauce 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of grated onion 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley 4 teaspoons of prepared pesto 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce Salt & pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Use as a dip with mixed vegetables, shrimp or chips. Makes about 2 1/2 cups. |
