Pesto Bread 3

2 1/2 teaspoons of  yeast
4 teaspoons of  dough enhancer (optional)
2 cups of  white wheat flour
1 tablespoon of  granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of  salt
1 extra large egg
1/4 cup of  dry Vermouth or any other dry white wine
1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of  olive oil
1/2 cup of pesto sauce
1/2 cup of  toasted pine nuts

Place all ingredients except the pine nuts in the machine and program for Basic Bread. Add the pine nuts during the last five minutes of the final knead cycle.
