Pesto Sauce 1

4 cups of packed fresh basil
3 or 4 cloves garlic
1/4 cup of pine or walnuts, chopped fine
1/3 cup of Romano cheese, grated
1/4 cup of olive oil (virgin)

Combine all ingredients in food processor. Serve over pasta.  

Pesto Sauce

8-10 cloves garlic, minced
1/8 cup of pine nuts, chopped, or more
1 large handful fresh basil, chopped
A squirt of lemon
1/4 cup of  freshly grated Romano/Parmesan cheese or more

Mix together in small (cereal) bowl and cover with olive oil.

Pesto Sauce

3 cups of packed fresh basil leaves
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup of walnuts or pine nuts
3/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, packed
3/4 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt to taste

Combine everything in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Toss with hot, drained pasta.
