Pizza Dough

1 package of yeast
1 cup of warm water
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of salad oil
2 1/2 cups of flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Knead slightly and allow dough to rest a few minutes. 

Pizza Dough

2 1/2 cups of white flour
1 package of dry yeast
1 cup of warm water
2 tablespoons of oil
2 teaspoons of salt
3/4 tablespoon of sugar

Dissolve yeast in water. Mix flour, sugar, salt. Add yeast mixture to flour; add oil. Knead; place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise in warm oven. Can make 2 pizzas. 

Pizza Dough

1 package of dry yeast
1 cup of warm water (105-115ºF.)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest 5 minutes. Divide dough in half and pat out to desired shape with floured fingers. Cook pizza in 425ºF. oven until cheese is lightly browned or 20-25 minutes.

Pizza Dough

2 1/4 cups of flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of  dried yeast
3/4 cup of warm water
Olive oil

Sift flour into warm bowl. Add salt. In another bowl mix yeast and warm water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes then mix until smooth. Pour yeast mixture into the flour with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix with your hand to form a stiff dough. Knead on a floured board for 10 minutes. Rub oil on the dough ball, place in a lightly oiled bowl and put in a warm place until it has doubled in size. Roll out to a thickness of 1/4 inch. Brush with olive oil before spreading with topping.
