Pizza Roll
1 roll frozen yeast bread dough
1 package of pepperoni
1 jar pizza sauce
1/2 pound of ground beef
1 medium bell pepper
1 small onion
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
Optional mushrooms, olives, jalapeno
peppers

Thaw dough, cut in half (makes two). Roll dough using flour, 12 inch square. Cook ground beef, drain off fat. Add onion chopped pepper. Heat until these are tender. Spread 1/2 cup pizza sauce onto dough, add meat mixture. Place pepperoni on top of meat, spread grated cheeses. Fold dough over and lap sides, dampen fingertips and run over edges. Place roll on greased cookie sheet or pizza pan. Bake at 350ºF.  fill golden brown. 



Pizza Roll

One (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough
1/4 cup of tomato paste
1 teaspoon of dried oregano, crushed
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
4 ounces of pepperoni, chopped (1 c.)
1 cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)

Thaw bread dough for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Roll out to 12x9 inch rectangle. Spread with tomato paste. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Roll up jelly roll fashion from long side; seal. Place on greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with water; sprinkle with a little salt. Let rise until almost double, about 1 hour. Make shallow slashes across top at 2 inch intervals. Bake in 375ºF.  oven for 30 minutes or until done.
