3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup of light cream
5 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons of Dijon type mustard
1/4 cup of finely minced onion
1 cup of grated Swiss cheese
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Combine all ingredients, except pie shell. Pour into pie shell and bake in a
preheated 375ºF. oven for 35- 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in
filling comes out clean
