| Corned Beef Quiche
one 9 inch pie shell, unbaked one 15 ounce can of corned beef hash 1 small onion, finely shredded 2 teaspoons of flour 1/4 teaspoon of salt a dash of allspice 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 1/4 cups of milk |

Prebake pie shell at 375ºF. for 7 minutes, remove from oven, set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 325. Crumble corned beef hash into pie shell, sprinkle onion over meat, top with Swiss cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over hash and cheese. Bake 35-40 minutes or until set. Cool 20 minutes before serving. |
