
| Broccoli Quiche
1 (9 inch) pie shell, baked and cooled One 10 ounce package of broccoli cuts 3 eggs, slightly beaten One 3 ounce can of French fried onion rings, divided 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of pepper 1/3 cup of milk |

Defrost the broccoli in package on high 3 1/2 to 4 minutes in medium mixing bowl. In separate mixing bowl, combine eggs, salt, pepper, and milk. Mix thoroughly. Combine this mixture with broccoli. Place 1/2 of mixture, in baked pie shell, alternating with onion rings. Top with onion rings. Bake at 450ºF. 10-18 minutes or until done. Broccoli Quiche 2
1 cup of Bisquick 1/2 cup of oil 1/4 cup of milk 6 slices of American cheese, broken into pieces 4 slices of Swiss cheese, broken into pieces 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 4 eggs Garlic powder to taste 1 package of frozen chopped broccoli
Cook broccoli according to directions; drain. Beat eggs, add all ingredients to eggs. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes in 8"x8" greased pan. Back to Quiche Recipes |
