Crab Quiche Salad

1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
1 1/4 cup of half & half cream
4 eggs, beaten
One 6 ounce package of frozen crabmeat, thawed, drained and flaked
1/2 cup of green onion slices
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Dash of pepper
One 10 ounce unbaked pastry shell



Mix above ingredients well. Pour mixture into pastry shell. Bake at 350ºF. for 1 hour. Serves 6 people.
