Crabmeat Quiche

8 ounces of Swiss cheese, finely shredded
2 tablespoons of  flour
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
4 green onions, chopped
1 pound of crabmeat
salt and pepper to taste
one 9 inch unbaked deep dish pie shell



In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350ºF. for 45 minutes. Serves 4
