Ham & Cheese Quiche

1 unbaked pie shell
1/2 cup of grated cheese
1/3 cup of finely chopped onion
1 1/2 cup of grated ham
4 eggs
1 cup of evaporated milk

Layer cheese, onion and ham in pie shell. Beat eggs and milk until smooth. Pour over first mixture. Bake at 325ºF. for 50 minutes. 4 large servings or 6 small servings.
